June A. Ferguson
I am currently a member of the OCJA and hold a position as the Eastern Regional Representative. My interests have been very diverse and began in Oshawa, as a Pharmacy Assistant where I met many amazing Doctors and patients. The next adventure was in Bowmanville at Pine Ridge School, a closed custody young offender site. When the site closed I was offered a position at the Rexdale Assessment Unit also a young offender facility. After some deliberation moved on to Brookside Youth Centre in Cobourg where I found great satisfaction with Case Supervision and behavioural issues. Years passed and needed a change and opened a Boutique in Cobourg. Moving on after that closure I was involved with Young House in Kingston. Again changing positions then managed an Art Gallery in Kingston. My passion was always in Corrections and once again left there to start with The Salvation Army Correctional & Justice Services Kingston. This is my present position of CSO Case Manager, ICWP and DAP Coordinator. |
