Rory Offen
I have been a member of the OCJA since 2005.I joined the Executive in 2009 and have taken on various roles, including OCJA President for 3 years beginning in 2011. My experience on the OCJA Executive has been an excellent learning opportunity, in which I have been challenged to develop professionally and personally, gain a better understanding of issues related to community justice on a provincial level, and experienced the occasion to network with and learn from wonderful people both within and outside OCJA. Since 2004, I have worked with Community Options for Justice, serving Oxford County. In my time with COJ, I have worked in all of our programs, including Community Service Order, Attendance Centre, Restorative Justice and Diversion programs. Currently, I work primarily with our youth programs, supervising our Probation programs (Attendance Centre, Integration Support and Alternative School Programs) as well as coordinating volunteers for our Youth Justice Committee program. |
